Small residential and business systems built to date were designed to approach the owner’s need, not exceed it because it made no sense to spend to build a system that produced surplus power. There will be very few payments.

Yet I am charged 40 cents a KWH by them. What a slap in the face!!!

Once again, the utilities are making out like bandits by ripping us off once again – with the CPUC’s blessing!!!
